How much do memberships or plans cost?
We have several different memberships at different prices to help fit your needs. Please contact us for our pricing and package options. Stop by the gym and talk with us or email us at info@dtsportsacademy.com.
Do you offer family or joint membership options?
All athletes have their own individual accounts and memberships.
What is your cancellation policy for clinics, camps, or special events? Is there a fee?
A cancellation made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 72 hours and 24 hours prior to the event will receive credit and/or a transfer. Cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to the event will receive no credit and no refund. If the event is outside and there is inclement weather, the clinic or event fee will be transferred to a new day. Each clinic/event, no matter the number of days, refers to the clinic or event as a whole. No cancellations or credits will be given for individual days. When you register for a clinic, you agree to these terms.
I want a refund, what do I do?

Membership Questions
How do I purchase a membership?
Each membership can be purchased online by clicking Register at the top of our home page or by clicking on this link. and following these instructions:
- Start the registration by using the ATHLETE’s name and then creating a user name and password and providing your email address.
- Check your email to verify your account and email address.
- Login to your account and complete the Athlete profile that includes parental and other information.
- Click on the buy button to view available membership plans and purchase. (all memberships are automatically set to have recurring monthly payments, but you may choose to pay in full at checkout).
What memberships do you offer?
Membership can be for a single event, private sessions, packages, Monthly ( Month to Month), Bi-Annual (6 months), or Annual (12 months). The Membership Term shall automatically renew at the end of the applicable period unless otherwise specified in the selected Membership option or unless otherwise terminated as set forth by our cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy for memberships?
- If your Membership is Canceled By Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy. Sports Academy reserves the right to terminate or refuse to renew this Agreement at any time and for any reason not prohibited by law, including, without limitation, an unsatisfactory payment history or failure to comply with any rules, policies, or modifications to rules or policies during the Term. If this Agreement is terminated by Sports Academy, Member will receive a refund of any prepaid Membership fees for the remaining Term.
- If your Membership is by the Member.
- Within Three (3) Days. MEMBER MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR FURTHER OBLIGATION BY SENDING A WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO SPORTS ACADEMY BY MAIL, EMAIL OR PERSONAL DELIVERY WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER MEMBER SIGNS THIS AGREEMENT TO THE ADDRESS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
- Month-to-Month Membership. Month-to-Month Memberships may be canceled by providing the Sports Academy written notice of cancellation as set forth below no less than ten (10) days prior to the due date of the next payment due date with no cancellation fee The cancellation will take effect the subsequent month. If Member fails to provide such notice (10) days in advance of the end of the Term, the Membership shall automatically renew for one additional month.
- 6-Month or 12-Month Membership. For a 6-Month or 12-Month Membership terminated prior to the end of the Term, Member must provide Sports Academy notice of cancellation via electronic mail or a letter mailed first-class no less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Term and pay a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the Membership fees for the remaining Membership Term.
- Notice of Cancellation. Members may cancel their Membership by submitting their notice of cancellation in writing to the Sports Academy in person or by emailing admin@dtsportsacademy.com
Freezing or suspending memberships?
The freezing or suspension of memberships is not permitted at the request of the customer. We understand that in-season schedules can get very busy. Athletes are still encouraged to come in one to two times per week for us to help with maintaining in-season performance and recovery.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes. It’s important for us to know who’s training with us and to have your contact and emergency contact information. Adult clients can create an account by clicking here Clients under the age of 18 will need a parent and/or guardian to create an account on their behalf.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my current balance, membership package, class package, etc.?
Please refer to your account details in your profile on the Dymonte Thomas Sports Athlete portal. If you have any other questions, email us at info@dtsportsacademy.com to inquire about your account balance, membership package, class package, etc.
Are guest passes included with my membership? If so, how many?
No. If you would like to bring a friend, family member, colleague, etc., please have them register for a Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy account online, once they are in the system, they can book their first class.
Classes & Training
Why should I train at Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy for Sports performance training?
Simply because we are not just coaches or trainers. Anyone can pass a test and start coaching, the difference is that we are athletes with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to make it to the highest level of sport, but also know how to apply that knowledge to help our clients. Dymonte Thomas has played at all levels of the game, so he knows firsthand what it takes to make it to the professional level. We offer high-end sports performance training for all people with an athlete mindset. Not only do we train in a safe and effective way, we spend time to explain and teach to our athletes how and why the training movements are in the puzzle and how it all fits together to make a better athlete. How do members and clients describe your classes and training?
Athletes describe Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy as being unlike any typical gym, personal trainer, coach, or facility they have ever experienced. Athletes have stated we have client-focused coaches dedicated to helping each athlete attain their goals, not just a coach or trainer going through the motions. We also provide an all-encompassing approach to develop the athlete, we focus on the mental strength needed to become great as well as the physical strength, speed, and agility. We also can provide a referral to a doctor of sports performance Physical Therapy and a nutritionist if needed.
Do I have to be an athlete to come to Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy?
We believe an athlete is anyone dedicated to their sport or their fitness. we train everyone from fitness novices to elite professional athletes.
When do I need to arrive?
Arrive early. If it is your first time, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your class, so we can: Ensure you are checked in and all paperwork is completed.
Do I need to check in for class?
Yes. When you arrive, make sure to check-in at the front desk for every class session. If you fail to check-in, our staff will not be able to track if you made it to class and you will be charged a “no-show” fee of $15 and a session will be deducted from your package if applicable. If you have a package of class sessions, the class session will be deducted from your remaining session.
What do I bring?
For training, please wear gym clothes and clean gym shoes. Please bring a full water bottle, as you want to stay hydrated!
What do I wear?
Clean gym shoes, preferably shoes that you have reserved for indoor use are to be used within the facility. Gym clothes that you can lift, jump and move in.
What should I expect before class?
If this is your first class please arrive at the facility 15 minutes early. When you arrive, check in at the front desk. Our staff will greet you and ensure your liability waiver is signed, give you a brief tour of the facility, introduce you to your coach and make sure you are set up for success.
What should I expect during class?
Each class will be different but will include stretching, agility, speed and strength training.
Can I come in whenever I want to and use the equipment/work out on my own?

My friends and I want to take our first class together. Do we need to create our own accounts to sign up?
Yes. Each new client must create an account and complete our athlete intake forms on the Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy website and complete our liability waiver, which is available during account creation for you to review, sign and complete digitally.
What is a typical class or group training like?
We are focused on the athlete increasing their ability instead of just getting through the workout. Our coaches provide personalized attention as needed, so you never feel intimidated to try something new and they make sure you are ready and capable of doing all the movements. If you have any issues or limitations, they will help find modifications that will work specifically for you.
I would like to come to a class or training, but have restrictions, and cannot perform certain moves.

How many people are in each class?
we limit each class to ensure that each athlete receives adequate instruction and coaching and this depends on age and ability level and the class you enroll in.
Can I just walk in and take a class?
You will need to sign up, create an account beforehand and sign our liability waiver. Once your account is created you can start training.
How far in advance do I have to book a class? Can I book a class the same day that I'd be taking it?
You can book up to 7 days prior to class time. Yes, if there is availability.
Are there waitlists for classes, if it shows as full?
Yes. When you log in to schedule the class, it will prompt you.
How can I get on a waitlist for a class or group training?
Sign up for the class. If the class is full, you will automatically be waitlisted.
How can I see my position on the waitlist for class booking?
If you are in positions 1-10, your place on the waitlist will be displayed on the app/website. If you are in position 11 or above, you’ll see a message saying there are 10+ members ahead of you.
Do classes, packages or credits expire?
Classes expire based on the package size, membership type, etc. The expiration date will be visible in your account.
Can I come take class every day of the week?
We encourage you to take classes as many times per week as your membership allows.
What is a STRENGTH class or STRENGTH group training?
Our Athlete Training Strength Program is designed with the athlete and high performer in mind. This athlete strength training session provides a condensed version of the sports performance program offered to our collegiate and pro athletes. These strength workouts are circuit-based training and designed for individuals seeking to improve their athleticism. Our members select this session to improve their strength, increase muscle, shred fat, or to simply train for peak performance in a challenging and encouraging environment. Each session will address aspects of upper and lower body power along with a focus on core training.
What is a CONDITIONING class or a CONDITIONING group training?
Improve and enhance your athletic performance with our Athlete Conditioning Program.
Do you offer weekend classes or private group trainings?
Absolutely, and if a certain time slot doesn’t fit into your schedule, we offer one-on-one and semi-private trainings also!
Personal Training
Do you offer sports performance training and athlete development programs for all sports?

What type of personal training do you offer?

How long are personal training sessions?
Typically, a personal training or semi-private session is 60 minutes, but we have clients who book 90-minute sessions, also!
How do I book my first personal training, semi-private session?

Facility
What is the youngest age allowed in the Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy facility?
We train clients to be at least 6 years of age to train at our facility, all of our programs are age-appropriate training.
Minor Waivers: Clients between the ages of 6 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.

Do you have locker rooms? Do I need to bring my own lock?
We do not have locker rooms but we do have storage cubbies and coat hangers in the lobby.
Do you offer in-house Physical Therapy or can you refer me to a PT?
Yes. We can refer you to a PT.
Do you offer an in-house Nutritionist?
Yes. We can refer you to a Performance dietitian.
Guest and Visitor Policy
Do you allow guests and visitors?
In order to not distract our athletes during their training we ask to limit visitors such as a guest, friend, family member, colleague, etc. to one person.
Can I bring my child when I work out?
Yes as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. We do not allow unaccompanied children under 11 at any time.
Do you have childcare in the studio?
No, unfortunately, we don’t.
