Collegiate Sports Performance
Our Collegiate Sports Performance program is designed to provide off-season training to keep college athletes performing at a high level during downtime. This is an athlete-specific, focused program designed to establish baseline data related to the athlete’s movement efficiency, speed, agility, power, and strength and build upon their current foundation to progress toward a professional level.
Athletes will be at a high-end collegiate level with aspirations of playing beyond college at a professional level.
The Collegiate Sports Performance class is open to college athletes aspiring to play professionally and is currently offered four times per week. These sessions will be co-ed classes that are divided by skill-level when applicable.
