Premier Youth Performance
Ages 11-14
Designed to develop young athletes by using a progressive training program that increases athletic performance through movement, mobility, speed, and agility. In our youth sports performance program, our youth athletes learn and build upon the fundamentals of strength and conditioning, movement, agility, straight-line speed, lateral quickness, and body awareness. Our goal is to make the athlete feel stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition. A true beginning of what it means to train like an athlete.
Providing athletic performance development that gives the athlete the skills needed to compete across multiple sports, not just one sport skills coaching.
The Premier Youth Performance Training class is open to athletes of all abilities and is currently offered three times per week. These programs are group training sessions, but our coaches are able to tailor the class to specific athletic ability so that every athlete is constantly improving.
